Chemical Terrorism Preparedness and Response Network
The Chemical Terrorism preparedness and Response network employed Fredric Lowell Ciner, (CT- LRN) to provide direct support to and funded by the CDC. The research emphasis entailed the detection of exposure of to chemical warfare agents including nerve agents, mustard gas, vesicants and blistering agents. In addition to providing laboratory support in terrorism investigations, the research group also supported federal and state law enforcement in environmental crime, forensic and hazardous material investigations including the 2001 “white powder” incidents.

Frederic Ciner is a Custom Analytical Method Developer, specializing in LC/MS/MS at Shimadzu.
